Sascha Griesser

As a former international player in Austria and with over 20 years of experience in tennis coaching, the veteran tennis aficionado Sascha Griesser will be joining our coaching team. Sascha holds an Austrian Coaching Certificate and has worked as a tennis coach in countries across the globe, including Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Turkey, Croatia, Slovenia and now, Switzerland. Sascha Griesser was a player on the Futures Tour himself and has coached players at both this level and at the Challenger level. Sascha also holds an MA in Tourism Management and a BA in Health Management and has previously trained with former ATP top 100 players. Tennis has been his passion since the age of three.

Philippe Dacre

Freundlieb Tennis School is delighted to welcome on board Philippe Dacre, a top athlete and talented trainer. Philippe has undertaken training in the UK and Switzerland. He is mainly active in our youth development programmes and is always ready to coach experienced players and tournament players.

ITF Men’s Futures tennis tournament

In 2021, Schlieren Tennis Club will hold an ITF Men’s Futures tennis tournament for the third time. Following a pause in 2020 due to COVID-19, the club is delighted to hold the tournament from 16 to 22 August 2021 at our beautiful grounds at TC Schlieren.
