Tennis for everyone
Danny Freundlieb has been running his tennis school for 40 years. In 1980, he was number 13 in Switzerland. Today, he is one of the few tennis coaches with a Swiss federal diploma and he brings substantial experience, from teaching beginners to coaching top-class players.
The highest goal of the tennis school is to stimulate enthusiasm for tennis in as many people as possible, and to motivate them to play tennis with their families, friends and colleagues. In order to meet the specific requirements of our various players, we offer a wide range of courses. Whether you are young or old, an occasional player or a top athlete, our school has a place for everyone.
Vision
The aim of Schlieren Tennis School is to inspire enthusiasm for tennis in as many people – old or young – as possible; to help them develop a feeling for this beautiful sport and to enjoy it.
Sport not only helps you stay healthy, it also teaches you many socially important values. We are committed to these values and we ensure that children and young people in particular discover a worthwhile leisure activity in tennis. We encourage motivation and pleasure in competitive sport through tournaments and other forms of competition, while emphasising honest, sporting behaviour as the first rule of the game.
Through appropriate conditions and infrastructure, we promote a sense of togetherness among all age groups with a focus on the social side of the tennis club. Financed by income from lessons and advertising, and through sponsorship, Schlieren Tennis School supports the goals of the club and aims to serve its members and their needs.
